Privacy Notice

LOGMATE handles game data needed for character analysis and a limited visit record needed to operate and protect the service.

Effective and last updated: August 30, 2026
01

Visit information and purpose

A visit may record the IP address, estimated country, browser, operating system, device type, requested page, time, referrer, and campaign identifiers. These records support service operations, security review, and visitor and acquisition statistics. When a CDN or server does not provide a country, the IP address may be sent over an encrypted connection to the IPWhois lookup service.

To reduce duplicates, only the first GET visit from the same IP is recorded each day using Korean server time. Shared or changing public IP addresses can make the count differ from real people. Recognized crawlers are excluded from human statistics; their IP and country are not checked, while robot type, time, and path may be recorded separately.

02

Information used with Battle.net

After official Battle.net authorization, LOGMATE uses permitted World of Warcraft character data such as character name, realm, class, specialization, level, equipment, and related game information. An internal account identifier, character list, and login time may be stored for operations.

LOGMATE never receives or stores your Battle.net password. It does not request your real name, contact details, address, or payment information. Authentication on Blizzard pages follows Blizzard policies and systems.

03

Google advertising and cookies

Public home and guide pages include Google AdSense connection code. Google and advertising partners may process cookies, device identifiers, IP addresses, browser data, and ad interactions for delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and relevant advertising.

Personalization and consent depend on region and Google advertising settings. Consent procedures supported by Google are used where required, including the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland. Google advertising retention rules are separate from LOGMATE visit-record retention.

04

Current retention and deletion

Visit records containing IP, browser, device, and path currently have no automatic deletion period. They are retained for service operations and hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly statistics. LOGMATE does not promise a deletion period that has not been implemented.

Daily country totals are also retained for long-term trends. Operational account information is kept while needed for the service and is securely deleted when the service ends, the purpose is complete, a valid deletion request is accepted, or deletion is legally required.

05

Your choices

You may use public information pages without connecting Battle.net. Logging out ends the current authenticated session. Browser and Google ad settings provide additional cookie and advertising choices.

Questions or deletion requests may be submitted through an official contact method published by the operator. If none is currently displayed, you may request that an operating contact channel be published.
